Miami Eats started with a simple question: why should you have to pick one restaurant when you're hungry? Brickell is full of incredible food — but most nights, you and the people you're with want different things. One person wants a burger. One person wants pizza. One person doesn't know yet.
So we built something different. From one kitchen across from Brickell City Centre, we run 20+ different food brands. Burgers from one. Pizza from another. Wings, fried chicken, hot dogs, donuts, late-night comfort food — every brand with its own menu, all from the same window.
Some of these brands you've heard of — concepts we've licensed because they're already great. Others we've built ourselves, because we couldn't find what Brickell deserved. Either way, when you order, it's our team cooking it. Our standards. Our kitchen.
We open early, we close late, and we're always within reach — walk up to the window, pick up ahead, or have it delivered. When most kitchens in Brickell close, ours is just heating up. That's the point.
